Refund Policy

We want you to feel good about working with Movana Wellness. This policy explains when refunds apply across our subscriptions, programs, personalised plans, consultations and corporate plans. It sits alongside our Terms of Service.

1. Our promise

If something isn’t right, email us at hello@movanawellness.com within 14 days of a charge and we’ll make it right. We’d always rather fix a problem than lose your trust.

2. Premium subscription

  • Movana Premium is sold as a one-time payment that unlocks a fixed period of access (₹149 for one month, ₹999 for one year). There is no automatic renewal — your access simply ends unless you choose to renew.
  • You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you haven’t made substantial use of the premium content.
  • After 14 days, premium payments are non-refundable, but you keep access for the period you paid for.

3. Programs & personalised plans

  • One-time programs and personalised plans are refundable within 14 days of purchase if you’re not satisfied and have not completed the program.
  • The app-generated personalised plan is included with Premium and follows the subscription terms above.

4. Consultations & Expert Wellness Plans

Consultations and Expert Wellness Plans are professional services delivered by Movana Wellness’s clinical team.

  • You may reschedule or cancel a consultation for a full refund up to 24 hours before the session.
  • Once a consultation has taken place, or an Expert Wellness Plan has been delivered, the fee is non-refundable as the service has been provided.
  • No-shows without notice are not eligible for a refund.

5. Corporate & enterprise plans

Corporate and enterprise plans, workshops and corporate consultations are governed by the specific agreement signed with your organisation. Refund and cancellation terms are set out in that contract.

6. How to request a refund

Email hello@movanawellness.com with your account email and the charge you’d like reviewed. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

7. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment processor (Razorpay). Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take 5–10 business days for the amount to appear.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a revised effective date. Cancelling a subscription stops any future charges; you keep access until your current period ends.
