Movana Wellness provides general wellness information, routines and educational content designed by a physiotherapist. It is intended to support everyday wellbeing for people who sit for work. It is not a medical service, and nothing on Movana should be taken as medical advice, diagnosis or treatment for any condition.
Consult a professional first
Always consult your doctor or physiotherapist before starting any new exercise routine — especially if you have an existing injury, a medical condition, are pregnant, have recently had surgery, or experience pain, numbness or tingling. If a routine lists movements to avoid, please follow those cautions and seek professional guidance where indicated.
No clinician–patient relationship
Using Movana, reading our content, or contacting us does not create a clinician–patient or therapeutic relationship between you and Dr. Vinuta or anyone associated with Movana.
Listen to your body
Movement should feel manageable. Stop immediately if you feel sharp pain, dizziness, breathlessness, or anything that doesn’t feel right, and seek professional advice. You are responsible for exercising within your own limits.
In an emergency
Movana is not for medical emergencies. If you think you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number or seek immediate in-person care.
Compliance commitment
We deliberately avoid medical-claim language. Our routines are described as content that “may help relieve” tension or is “designed to support” general wellness — never as something that cures, treats, prevents or diagnoses any condition.
