Cookie Policy
Last updated: 13 June 2026
This policy explains how Movana Wellness uses cookies and similar technologies, which ones are essential, and how you stay in control. It complements our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site work, keep you signed in, and — only with your consent — help us understand how the site is used.
2. Our approach: privacy-first
We keep cookies to a minimum. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell your data. Non-essential cookies load only after you accept them in our cookie banner.
3. Essential cookies (always on)
- Authentication & session: set by our auth provider (Supabase) to keep you securely signed in and protect your account. The site can’t function without these.
- Security & preferences: remember your cookie choice and support core security.
4. Analytics cookies (consent-based)
- Product analytics (PostHog): if you accept, we use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which features help and where people get stuck, so we can improve. These load only after consent and never run if you decline.
5. Third parties that may set cookies
- Supabase — authentication and session (essential).
- Razorpay — only on the secure checkout, to process payments safely.
- PostHog — consented product analytics.
- Embedded scheduling (e.g. our consultation booking partner) may set cookies when you open the calendar to book.
6. Managing your choices
You can accept or decline non-essential cookies in the banner shown on your first visit. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time — note that blocking essential cookies will stop you from signing in.
7. Changes & contact
We may update this policy as our tools change. Questions? Email privacy@movanawellness.com.
