Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can manage or cancel your subscription whenever you like from your account, and you'll keep premium access until the end of your billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
If something isn't right, email us within 14 days of a charge and we'll make it right. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until your period ends.
Is Movana medical treatment?
No. Movana provides general wellness routines designed by a physiotherapist. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment — always consult your doctor or physiotherapist before starting a new routine.
What do I get for free?

How much is a 1-on-1 consultation or an expert plan?
A 1-on-1 consultation with Dr. Vinuta is ₹999 ($14.99) for a 30-minute session, and an Expert Wellness Plan she personally crafts and reviews (with a follow-up) is ₹1,999 ($34.99) one-time. These are personal services priced separately from the subscription — the app-generated personalised plan is included with Premium.
Is the ₹999 consultation the same as Premium Annual?
No. Premium Annual is ₹999 ($29.99) for a full year of app access (the library, programs and your app-generated plan). The ₹999 ($14.99) consultation is a one-time 30-minute session with Dr. Vinuta — her individual time, priced on its own.
Which devices does it work on?
Movana works in any modern browser on phone, tablet and desktop. A native mobile app is on the way.
